We build this chair to last, with a full suspension seat and solid hardwood seat tub for comfort and durability FULLY FACTORY ASSEMBLED Chairs that can be assembled by the user at home often have to compromise on durability for the chair to be packed flat in a box. This chair is built at our facility in High Point, North Carolina by skilled craftsmen. LIFETIME WARRANTY We are so confident in our exceptional construction that we offer a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and suspension system of these chairs when used in a residential environment. COMFORTABLE FULL SEAT SUSPENSION The chair cushion is securely positioned on a 9 gauge spiral seat suspension, creating an extremely comfortable seat as well as excellent seat support and durability. REINFORCED SEAT FRAME ASSEMBLY The seat frames are assembled with opposite grain layers of kiln dried hardwoods that are assembled for ideal seat frame thickness and then glued together to provide uncompromising durability and strength of the seat. HEAVY DUTY LEG CONSTRUCTION Leg corners are constructed with opposite grain layers of 15-ply kiln-dried hardwoods glued and secured by 16-gauge steel fasteners.
