One pack contains approx. 40g Per pack, remove 500 ml of cold milk 5 tablespoons and stir the bag contents with 40 g of sugar (approx. 2 heaped tablespoons). Bring the remaining milk to a boil. Then remove the pot from the cooking area and stir in the stirred pudding powder. Let it boil well again, stirring constantly. Fill the finished pudding in cold rinsed cups and set cold for a few hours. The blueberry pudding can then be served with custard sauce or blueberry compote. This delicious dessert is wonderful as a dessert, for preparing cakes or cakes, as filling chocolates or fine desserts.
