Enjoy carefree, with a recipe based on rice flour. Ingredients Ingredients: baking mix: rice flour, sugar, potato starch, baking powder (acidifier diphosphates, raising agent sodium carbonates, corn starch), thickener xanthan gum, flavouring. Green icing mix (24.5%): sugar, modified starch, chicken protein powder, acidifier citric acid, natural flavour, colour copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllines. Sugar marguerites (1.8%): sugar, palm fat, potato starch, corn starch, rice flour, natural flavour, dyes (anthocyanins, real carmine, curcumin). May contain traces of milk, soy and nuts. Directions You will still need: for the dough: 5 eggs (size M), 250 ml cooking oil, 250 ml water. For the glaze: 35 ml (approx. 3-4 tablespoons) water preparation: prepare the dough baking mix, eggs, cooking oil and water in a mixing bowl and mix with an electric hand mixer (whisk) first briefly at the lowest setting, then at the highest level approx. Stir until creamy for 1 minute. Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and smooth out. Bake the cake on a medium rack in the preheated oven and then allow to cool. Decorate the glaze mixture with water and spread on the cake. Sprinkle the decorative flowers on the still damp glaze.
