The 100% Greek Organian Oak Honey is made by the Souka family in Helmos, Kalavryta. It is excellent in terms of quality, taste and aroma and is considered one of the best qualities worldwide. It is a mostly dark coloured honey with a particularly rich and soft taste. Perfect texture and hard to crystallize. Honey plays a central role in the Mediterranean diet and is at the forefront of the food pyramid as it has exceptionally high nutritional value for health and gastronomy.
