With this baking mix, you can easily make a wonderfully light sponge cake that is the perfect base for many cakes. Add eggs and water to bake an even fluffy cake. It has vanilla flavor, but you can add lemon zest or aroma if you want to change the taste. With this biscuit mixture you can make delicious cakes in confectioner quality. Preheat the oven to 175 °C (hot air oven 160 °C). The ingredients must be at room temperature. Place the mixture, eggs and water in a bowl. Mix at high speed for 7-8 minutes.
