It can be used to cover a cake with a diameter of 15–20 cm and a height of 10 cm or a cake with a diameter of 20–25 cm with a height of 7.5 cm. The ready rolled disc is fire red and has a delicious vanilla taste. Ingredients Sucre (77%), sirop de glucose, matière grasse végétale (palmiste, palm), eau, humectant: E422, E1103, épaissant: E413, E415, émulsifiant: E471, arôme naturel, colour: E129. Directions Preparation: Take the disc out of the packaging and gently roll it out. Pull both edges of the white film to make it flat. Cover the cake with a thin layer of buttercream. Carefully place the rolling fondant disc over the cake with the white foil facing up. Remove the foil and gently smooth the fondant on the cake. Cut off excess fondant and decorate the cake.
