Short tubes with fine grooves and beveled ends. Our Italian Pastificio manufactures Rapunzel pasta according to old tradition only from the best Italian durum wheat semolina and pure spring water. Slow and gentle drying at low temperatures ensures the typical taste and the right bite when cooking. Rapunzel Pasta Semola is made from ground Italian durum wheat semola. It contains 65% of cereal grain. After pressing and shaping through the corresponding die, the slow and gentle drying takes place over 8 hours at a maximum of 65°C. For 100 g of pasta, bring 1 litre of water to a boil and add salt. Add pasta to the water and stir gently. After finishing the cooking time, add some cold water so that the cooking water no longer boils and drain pasta.
