The Aceto Balsamic di Modena awarded with the silver medal stands for an intense aroma with a pleasant acidity, which can underline the taste of a wide range of dishes. The ingredients are cooked grape must, ripened wine vinegar. The maturation takes approx. 6 years in French oak barrels from the last century, enriched with precious balsamic extracts from the antique barrels of the vinegar manufactory. Giuseppe Giusti was founded in 1605 and is therefore the oldest manufacturer of balsamic vinegar in Modena. Giuseppe Giusti is already in the 17th generation - the knowledge acquired is reflected in the products. Traditional Acetaia includes 600 wooden barrels from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries.
