Cous Cous Select is obtained exclusively from Italian durum wheat semolina. The semolina is mixed with water to maintain the characteristic grit. It is then steamed, dried and finally cooled As a typical food of North Africa and the gastronomic tradition of some areas of Italy, Western Sicily and Southwest Sardinia, it is now widely used in all kitchens. For our Selections from Italy line, we select for you the best harvests produced by Italian farms, who share our same care and attention to obtain excellent products. Each product is grown only in the most suitable areas and with the most suitable climate. Preparation: bring water or broth to a boil in quantities that are at least equal to the weight of the product you want to prepare. Salt, then turn off and add the cous cous along with a teaspoon of EVO oil for each serving. Grind cereals with a fork, covered approx.
