This caviar with a melting texture and finely iodized notes of butter and hazelnut is characterised by small grains and dark colour. Fresh storage – To ensure fresh caviar and deliver on time, a customer service representative can contact you within 24 hours of confirming your order. After receipt, place your caviar box in the fridge and store it between 0 and 4 °C. Tasting instructions: take out your caviar box 5 minutes before serving. Place it on an ice bed that retains its freshness throughout the tasting. Prefer a mother of pearl appetizer spoon that won't break the grains and risk no oxidation. Use within 48 hours.
