Organic virgin olive oil: Our high-quality olive oil comes from 100% controlled organic cultivation in Calabria. It is gently centrifuged from sun-ripened olives and is characterised by its full-bodied and fruity taste. In the kitchen: our olive oil is ideal for dishes such as pasta, pizza and salad dressings, as well as for dips and spreads. It is also suitable for short frying and steaming, but should not be heated too much and for a long time. For skin and hair – our oil can be applied pure to the skin or mixed with daily moisturiser. As a nourishing hair treatment, simply massage 1-2 tsp into towel-dried hair, leave for a few hours or overnight and wash out with mild shampoo. Our tips: the fine olive oil is ideal as a delicious addition to appetizers, or as a snack with fresh baguette and a pinch of salt and pepper.
