Description
Safe and reliable: the lithium battery protection board has been developed with a temperature control protection function, is safe and reliable and supports overcharge protection, over-discharge protection and short circuit protection. For 1-10S battery: The battery protection module is designed for 10-cell series Li-ion batteries and can be used for ternary 3.7V batteries, manganese acid batteries and cobaltic acid batteries. 【Specifications】Applicable voltage: 36V; Applicable power: <1000W; Maximum working current: 30A; Maximum continuous current: 20A. 【Balancing Function】The BMS circuit board has a balancing function that ensures that each battery cell is fully charged at the same time. Wide application: the protective board for lithium batteries could be widely used, it is suitable for electric cars, electric assistance cars, skateboard cars, inverters, etc. › See more product details; Product description Performance description: Applicable voltage: 36 V. Applicable power: <1000W. Maximum working current: 30 A. Maximum continuous current: 20 A. Over-discharge protection voltage: 2.6V Overcharge protection voltage: 4.25 V. Charging current: maximum 10 A. Balance Voltage: 4.2V Discharge at high temperatures: 75°C Low temperature charging: -7 °C. Weight: 46 g. Steps for wiring the BMS protection board: 1. First turn the batteries in series. 2. Make sure the voltage of each strand is the same (the difference between the highest voltage and lowest voltage is preferably within 0.1V) and the voltage range is between 3.2 and 4.0V. 3. Connect the distributed cable, connect it according to the diagram and plug the cable connector into the board connector after checking whether it is correct (connect the battery first, then insert the board, the step cannot be undone). 4. Check whether the positive total voltage of the C connector and P connector to the battery is equal to the total voltage of the battery. If they are the same, the board works normally. 5. Solder the battery negative terminal B- to the B marked connector on the board. 6. Both the negative electrode of the battery output and the negative electrode of charging the same terminal board are connected to the C-marked connector on the board (the P connector is only potential-free). 7. Separate port board (other port), the negative terminal of the battery output is P-welded, and the negative pole for charging is welded into the C-marked connector on the board. Package includes: 1 x protective board. 1 x cable; Product description Performance description: Applicable voltage: 36 V. Applicable power: <1000W. Maximum working current: 30 A.
