Description
Solid 5% silver conductors eliminate intermediate strand distortion Hard cell foam insulation maximizes geometry stability Carbon based noise dissipation system minimizes RF interference All conductors are controlled for RF noise direction direction › See more product details; Product description The DragonTail USB Adapter activates USB host mode on most Android devices, allowing the devices to transfer USB digital audio to an outboard digital analog converter (DAC). Using DragonTail to connect to an external USB DAC such as an AudioQuest DragonFly provides greatly improved audio performance. Solid 5% silver conductor. Solid conductors eliminate stranded interaction distortion and reduce jitter. Solid silver plated conductors are ideal for high frequency applications such as HDMI audio and video. These signals are such a high frequency almost exclusively on the surface of the conductor. Since the surface is made of high-purity silver, the performance is very close to that of a solid silver cable, but the price is much closer to solid copper cable. This is an incredibly cost-effective way to make very high quality HDMI cables. All conductors are controlled for RF noise noise direction direction. Hard cell foam insulation, hard cell foam insulation (HCF) ensures critical signal pair geometry. Any solid material next to a conductor is actually part of an imperfect circuit. Wire insulation and circuit board materials absorb all energy. Some of this energy is stored and then released as distortion. The rigid foam insulation is similar to the foamed PE used in AQ's cheaper Bridges Falls cables and is injected with nitrogen to create air pockets. Because nitrogen (such as air) does not absorb energy and therefore does not release energy from or into the conductor, distortion is reduced. In addition, the rigidity of the material allows the conductors of the cable to maintain a stable relationship along the entire length of the cable, creating a stable impedance character and further minimizing distortion. Carbon based noise and crosstalk system The negative conductors of this cable are sheathed in partially conductive carbon loaded polyethylene. This remarkable material reduces high frequency waste being fed back into the amps; Product description The DragonTail USB Adapter activates USB host mode on most Android devices, allowing the devices to transfer USB digital audio to an outboard digital analog converter (DAC).
