🛡️Manufacturer’s warranty

• All goods purchased at JusuPrekes.lt come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
• The manufacturer’s warranty period may vary depending on the product and can be up to 5 years.
• For each product, the warranty period is indicated in the product description or documentation.
• If the manufacturer’s warranty period is shorter than 2 years, the consumer still has the right to submit a claim within 2 years from the date of purchase for non-compliance with the terms of the contract.
• The right to submit a claim applies if the product has been used only under normal, intended conditions and in a household (non-industrial) environment.
• Legal entities (business customers) are covered only by the warranty period specified by the manufacturer.

📄To use the warranty, please keep the documents

The manufacturer’s warranty is valid only if the buyer can provide:

• proof of purchase – receipt, invoice or delivery note;
• the manufacturer’s or distributor’s warranty card (if provided with the product);
• information about authorised service centres (usually found on the warranty card, on the packaging, or by contacting the manufacturer’s representative or distributor).

Please note that the warranty does not apply to accessories and consumables with a limited lifetime, such as: chargers, batteries, accumulators, headphones, microphones, fuses and similar parts, unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer.

⚠️Damage not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, storage or installation, including (but not limited to):

• broken or removed warranty seals, damaged or missing serial numbers;
• use not in accordance with the intended purpose, ignoring the user manual or safety instructions;
• mechanical damage – scratches, cracks, broken structures, damaged screens, liquid ingress, improper cleaning, foreign objects inside the product, insects, etc.;
• damage caused by unstable or incorrect power supply, telecommunications or cable networks that do not meet the manufacturer’s specifications; rapid temperature changes; external factors such as soot, smoke, dust, humidity, shock, impact or other physical influences;
• signs of unqualified or unauthorised repair, modification or tampering;
• natural wear and tear of components during normal operation;
• use of non-original or non-certified power supplies, accessories, spare parts or consumables (for example, cartridges, toners, etc.), if this has caused damage to the product;
• parts classified as additional or consumable equipment – plastic covers, lamps, bulbs, wires, motors, accessory kits and power supply elements, as well as batteries, fuses and similar components with a limited lifetime, if their replacement is considered normal maintenance and does not require disassembly of the product;
• any changes in the design or circuitry of the product that differ from the configuration specified by the manufacturer;
• use of the product for industrial or professional purposes, if the product is intended only for household use;
• damage resulting from improper transportation or handling after purchase;
• purely cosmetic defects or design elements which do not affect the operation of the product;
• if the buyer cannot provide a valid proof of purchase and, where required, a correctly completed warranty voucher – in such cases the warranty obligations may be refused.

🧰Steps to take if you notice a defect

If the goods are damaged or not working properly, you have several options:

• The fastest way to repair the fault: contact the authorised service centre indicated on the manufacturer’s or distributor’s warranty card, bringing your proof of purchase and warranty card.

• If the service centre determines that the damage is not covered by the warranty and you decide to refuse paid repairs, you will need to cover the diagnostic costs. In this case, you will receive a written report from the service centre describing the identified defect. If you agree to proceed with paid repair, the diagnostic cost is usually included and is not charged separately.
