RTD is suitable for all metals including hardened steels, titaniums and nimonics. This product significantly reduces friction and provides excellent cutting performance. RTD Liquid can also be added to ordinary mineral cutting oil for the heaviest cutting operations such as milling and gear cutting on the hardest metals. How to use: RTD Liquid is applied directly to the cutting process, it is also available in a convenient squeeze bottle for easy handling. When used as a mineral release oil reinforcement, add between 1 and 5 parts RTD liquid to 100 parts neat mineral cutting oil.
