Our version is intensely chocolaty and at the same time super juicy thanks to the chopped cocoa beans. No tart pan is necessary for baking, the tart can also be baked in a springform pan. It tastes at the café au lait in the afternoon or as a crowning end to a dinner. Here it can be refined with mascarpone cream and fresh fruits. So you can conjure up a delicious dessert in no time. And if you like it smaller: our tart can also be baked as tartlets. This cake enchants everyone! Chocolate dreams come true with this refined French classic. Best of all: In just 35 minutes, our chocolate tart is ready to be prepared on the table - so easy to enjoy together. Ingredients Ingredients: sugar, 21% rasp chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier lecithin), wheat flour, low-fat cocoa powder (8.8%), crushed cocoa beans (6.1%), starch, table salt, aroma. May contain traces of egg, milk, soy and peel. CHTHTHTH Directions You will still need: 4 eggs (size M) 200 g soft butter. Preparation: prepare dough: put the baking mix, eggs and soft butter in a mixing bowl and stir with the electric hand mixer (whisk) first briefly at the lowest setting, then at the highest level in approx. Stir until creamy for 3 minutes. Baking: Place the dough in a springform pan (diameter 26 cm) lined with baking paper and smooth out. Bake the cake in the preheated oven on medium rail. Before removing, check with a wooden stick to see if the cake is cooked. Cool down: After baking, remove the cake from the mould and place on a cake rack to cool. Tip: Dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar before serving. Top/bottom heat: approx. 200 °C. Air circulation: approx. 180 °C. Baking time: approx. 25 minutes. We recommend baking the tart at top/bottom heat.
