Mondamin vegetarian Roux light in professional quality is easy and free to dispense, the granules contain wheat flour and fat similar to a homemade roux. The roux is ready to use as a base or for refining a wide range of dishes such as a potato mushroom peanut soup or egg with mustard sauce and potatoes. Preparation: Sprinkle as needed, stir, cook for a short time and you're done. Can be refined with cream, egg or wine as desired. Season with salt, spices and herbs. For sauces approx. 80-100 g per litre of liquid; for soups approx. 60-70 g per litre of liquid. Special labelling and cost forms. Vegan, no lactose-containing ingredients according to Formula, without MSG according to Formulation, no dyes, no preservatives, alcohol free. The formula contains no lactose-containing ingredients.
