One pack contains approx. 250 g and is enough for 3 servings. They are light, airy and delicious and are particularly suitable for goulash, roast pork or kassler. Simply knead the contents with 125 ml of cold water to form a firm dough. Then form one or two rolls from it. Leave this approx. 4 to 5 minutes. Then boil or steam the dumplings in salt water for 25 minutes and let them steam for another 4 minutes. Cut from the roll approx. 1 cm thick slices and serve this side dish to your main dish. Ingredients: wheat flour, raising agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), whole milk powder, salt, whole egg powder. You can freeze unused dumplings and steam them again if necessary.
