Arame (Lat. Eisenia bicyclis) is an algae widely used in Japan. Our Arame also comes from Japan. It is harvested sustainably and in the traditional way. Our Arame leaves are carefully extracted from wild algae, which are hand-selected in Japan. They are gently dried and sorted. The Arame leaves are ideal as an ingredient in Asian cuisine: especially in a soup, a rice dish, pasta dish or in salad. Asian cooking with Arame.
