Ready-made cheese fondue mix in a bag 400 g. This cheese blend consisting of Swiss cheese = Tête de Moine AOP as the main ingredient with Swiss white wine. The homemade by Spielhofer according to family recipe, freshly finished fondue blend is made with the unique Tête de Moine. Of course, Spielhofer only uses its own made cheese for this without the purchase of cheese. The fondue is made entirely on site in the Swiss Jura in our own factory. The white wine used also comes from the Jura region - beyond the Chasseral there are the well-known wine-growing areas of Lake Neuchâtel, Biel and Murten. Just warm up and enjoy. The cheese is shrink-wrapped in the bag. Ingredients: homemade cheese blend (full fat), Swiss white wine (12% vol. alcohol), water, cherry, melt salt (E339, E452), table salt, spices. Alcoholic Nutritional value information per 100 g: 1104 kJ / 266 kcal, fat 19 g of which saturated fatty acids 12 g, carbohydrates 4.5 g of which sugar 0.5 g, protein 15 g, salt 1.6 g Preparation: prepare bread cubes. Cut open the bag and place the contents in a caquelon (fondue pan) or in a pan. Boil briefly on the heart, stirring constantly. Season the fondue with pepper, nutmeg, garlic and paprika as desired. Place the caquelon on a rechaud and let it continue cooking. Place bread throws on the fork, dip into the fondue and enjoy.
