They are mainly used in Greek and Turkish cuisine for fine pastries such as baklava or piquant also filled with spinach or cheese. It is best to defrost the dough overnight in the fridge and then process it at room temperature. Ingredients: thin fillo dough sheets made from wheat flour. Ingredients: wheat flour, water, corn starch, salt, preservative: 0.1% potassium sorbate. Directions for use: allow to thaw in sealed packaging for at least 2 hours so that moisture is not lost. Do not unfold the fillo dough before it is completely thawed, otherwise it could tear open. Store the fillo dough under a damp cloth while preparing your recipe. Store at least -18°C.
