This preserves all the ingredients of the full grain grain. Rice flakes are low in sodium, contain many complex carbohydrates and few calories. The very pungent flakes ensure long-lasting satiety.Processing/Preparation: Our rice flakes can be enjoyed without boiling or soaking. Simply mix with yogurt, milk, vegetable alternatives or juice and enjoy warm or cold. Refine as desired, e.g. with fresh fruit, dried fruits, nut smus, jam, honey or spices. In addition to the classic use as a cereal ingredient, rice flakes also taste particularly in porridge or in pastries such as biscuits, cereal bars or bread, but also in savory dishes such as patties. Recipe: quick breakfast porridge with fruit. Approx. Boil 120 ml of liquid (water and milk/vegetable alternative) and remove from heat. Stir in 40 g of rice flakes and a little grated lemon zest, leave to swell briefly and sweeten as desired. Add some liquid if necessary. A delicious breakfast with berries or other fruit.
