It is mature, extracted directly from hand picked olives and produced using the method of the first cold pressing at low temperatures under constant control of hygienic conditions. The extremely favourable microclimatic conditions on Crete stimulate the legendary olive tree to produce particularly good fruits, for the subsequent extraction of the valuable Cretan olive oil. Thanks to the gentle cold pressing in modern oil mills, all vital nutrients and the delicious aroma remain in the oil. In addition, international food quality assurance standards are complied with. At all production steps, the recognised manufacturing techniques and hygiene standards are strictly observed and monitored, thus ensuring the challenge of Evercrete - the preservation of the quality of olive oil from producer to final customer.
