Ingredients: 100% raspberries. No sugar. No additives. 7kg fresh raspberries make 1kg of freeze-dried fruit. Volume: approx. 2 litres Origin: Serbia, Poland, Ukraine. Made in Germany. Own filling in our company - controlled quality from Germany Packaging: aroma protection bag. The aluminium layer of the packaging forms the necessary barrier against water vapour, so that the freeze-dried fruits do not absorb moisture and remain crispy. The empty packaging folds up and causes little waste. Quality: Freeze-drying is a gentle drying process at low temperatures. Freeze-dried fruits are of high quality, as colour, shape, aroma and vitamins are optimally preserved. When adding liquid, the fruits quickly swell again. Use: use our freeze-dried raspberries e.g. for cereal, yogurt, quark, milkshakes, smoothies, raspberry sugar, chocolates or honey.
