Recipe idea: Apricot Walnut Cake with Lavender Spread a springform pan (24 cm) with 15 g of butter. For the mixing mass, you need a larger mixing bowl, in which you put 200 g butter, soft, 200 g organic raw cane sugar and the 1 pinch of pink crystal salt, ground and stir with the hand mixer until the sugar has dissolved. Then follow the 4 eggs, one by one. The 90 g flour, 120 g almonds, freshly ground, 120 g walnuts, freshly chopped, 1 teaspoon lemon peel, ground and 1 msp. Bourbon vanilla, ground and 1 teaspoon lavender flowers stir in quickly, only until everything is well mixed. Smooth the mass into the prepared mould. You wash the 750 g apricots, fresh thoroughly and stone them. They are arranged on the cake with the cutting surface up, slightly overlapping, in a circle, up to the edge. Baking: top/bottom heat preheated to 190°C approx. 75 minutes. Once the cake has cooled, remove it from the mould and dust it with 50 g icing sugar and decorate with ½ teaspoon lavender flowers. Perfect enjoyment with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
