The Kampot pepper is grown organically in line with the basic principles of organic farming such as cultivation and protection of the soil, pest control and preservation of the cultural heritage of our plant species. Black pepper, with an intense flavour that slowly unfolds and releases floral aromas of eucalyptus and mint. Extremely delicate in salads, pasta and meat dishes. RED PEPPER Less spicy than black pepper, this pepper still offers a full and fruity aroma with sweet notes of red fruit and honey. Exquisite in meat and fish dishes as well as desserts. WHITE PEPPER - With a strong bouquet and fine aromas. Behind the intense and spicy taste is a touch of fresh herbs and lime. Fabulous with fish, salads and vegetables. Glass with screw lid (twist-off lid) to avoid any contact with the air and external elements. Its unique taste results from a combination of several factors: mineral-rich soils in the growing areas that lie between the mountains and the sea, abundant rain and sunshine, and the traditional methods of small-scale farming. It is considered the king of peppers due to its complex aromas and strong taste. In the 90s, an extensive new planting began with an extensive new planting. The peppercorns are individually hand-picked by experienced farmers who grow the pepper without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilisers. Health Benefits * Increases the secretion of gastrointestinal enzymes. The pepper contains a large amount of minerals, such as potassium, calcium, zinc, manganese, iron and magnesium.
