Product description Ingredients Ingredients: sugar, 29% caramel sugar, starch, chicken whole egg powder, natural bourbon vanilla flavour, ground extracted vanilla beans, gelling agent (carrageenan), stabilizers (E 339, E 450), colour (carotene). Directions For 200 ml milk and 200 g whipped cream (for 4 servings) 1. Put milk and whipped cream in a saucepan. Stir in cream powder with a whisk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. At medium heat, stirring constantly, at least 1 min. cooking. 2. Spread the cream on 4 heat-resistant moulds or cups, allow to cool slightly and at least 2 hours. in the fridge. 3. Sprinkle caramel sugar and caramelise with a gourmet burner. OR preheat oven grill to the highest setting. Sprinkle sugar and about 2 minutes. Caramelise on top drawer rail. Let the cream cool slightly and serve.
