Also known as jelly or jelly, this delicious dessert is a great pleasure. Especially at children's birthdays, this bright yellow, wobbly dessert favourite with the fruity lemon taste is a highlight. If you mix a few fruit gums, every child will get bright eyes. Ingredients Ingredients: edible gelatin, acidifier fumaric acid, colouring food safflower concentrate, natural lemon flavour with other natural flavours. May contain traces of nuts, milk, soy and egg. Directions You will still need per bag: 500 ml (1/2 l) water 75-100 g sugar (3-4 heaped tablespoons). Preparation: Place the contents of a bag and the desired amount of sugar in a bowl. Bring 500 ml of water to a boil (e.g. in the kettle) and pour over the powder. Stir with a whisk until powder and sugar are completely dissolved. Place the jelly food in the glass bowl, or put in portion glasses, for several hours (e.g. overnight) in the fridge. To fall, loosen the jelly from the edge with a knife and hold the bowl briefly in hot water.
