Our pure apple juice 'Jonagold' is pressed in Meckenheim from hand-harvested, ripe apples, then gently filtered and only made durable by heating. Each pressing varies depending on the degree of ripeness of the fruit in taste and colour. Subsequent turbidity is possible and underline the naturalness of our juices and the absence of additives. Direct juice and our contribution to climate protection: we do not use any additives in order to offer our customers a pure natural product. Our processing process is aimed at preserving as many plant substances as possible: gently cold pressed, gently heated to 80°C (with climate-neutral eco gas) and therefore durable. The direct juice is guaranteed to contain only its own fruit sugar and no other sugar additives. FAMILY PRODUCTION: We press and dry fresh, local fruits in our family business in Meckenheim in the Palatinate, which we now run in the third generation.
