Currant: the juice is suitable for making jelly. We recommend preparing in a cooking pot, as some kitchen appliances with knife insert have too sharp knives. 100% direct juice and our contribution to climate protection: we do not use any additives in order to be able to offer our customers a pure natural product. Our processing process is aimed at preserving as many plant substances as possible: gently cold pressed, gently heated to 80°C (with climate-neutral eco gas) and therefore durable. The direct juice is guaranteed to contain only its own fruit sugar and no other sugar additives. Bag-in-box with tapping system: delivered in practical bag-in-box packaging with integrated tap. In the box there is a food-safe inner bag with tap, which can be easily folded out via the perforation on the side of the juice box. The tap system is very easy to use and works without dripping. Important: Do not place upright after opening to avoid air in the box. When the box is empty, you can remove the bag and squeeze out. Shelf life for 3 months: thanks to the innovative packaging, the direct juice can be kept for 3 months after opening, even without cooling. The juice is optimally protected in the vacuum bag and stays fresh until the last glass. Family business: We press and dry fresh, local fruits in our family business in Meckenheim in the Palatinate, which we now run in the third generation. We are recognised as a partner company nature conservation and are committed to nature conservation services, such as bee showcases on our premises and blooming strips.
