Extra large raspberries and currants give the mixture its fruity taste. Raisins and apples make the cereal a full fruit mix. Almond leaves and sunflower seeds round off the mixture nutty. Ingredients Ingredients: 72% bread (wheat flour, table salt, yeast, sunflower oil, paprika), starch, palm oil, wheat flour, whole egg powder, hard wheat grill, table salt, parsley, flavours, yeast extract, turmeric. May contain traces of milk and celery. Directions Place 1 dumpling in a large pot of cold, salted water. Leave to swell for 10 minutes. Boil 2 dumplings briefly, then leave to steep for 10 minutes over low heat. Take out 3 dumplings and hold briefly under cold water. Tear open cooking bags on the tabs and serve dumplings.
