PERFORATED PIZZA PEEL - The Chef Pomodoro pizza peel has a blade made of hard anodised aluminium. Hard anodized aluminum is food grade and more durable than normal anodized aluminum. The pizza peel is perfect for medium sized (up to 30 cm) pizzas. A perforated pizza peel (with holes) allows excess flour to fall off and prevents the pizza from burning. THOUGHTFUL - The blade of the pizza peel measures 14 x 12 inches (L x W), has rounded corners and can withstand temperatures up to 482 degrees. The blade is 0.15 cm thin, which makes it easy to glide under pizzas. The pizza shovel is suitable for small and large pizzas. The adjustable length handle has a length of 76 cm or 124 cm. Choose the comfortable and safe length for your oven. The handle is made of robust beech wood, is smooth and sits comfortably in the hand Clean and store: the pizza peel has a removable handle.
