1800 layout with aluminium housing: The LEOBOG HI98 has a 101-key 1800 layout that offers a compact design and retains most keys of a traditional 108-key layout. This layout is perfect for beginners in mechanical keyboards as well as users who frequently use the numeric keypad and various function keys. The aluminium housing gives the keyboard a high-quality feel, and the magnetic metal plate with an astronaut design over the right arrow key gives it a touch of fun and uniqueness. Seal construction: The LEOBOG HI98 is equipped with a seal that effectively dampens vibrations and noise when pressing a button compared to other mounting types. The flexibility created by the seals improves responsiveness, resulting in a tactile and satisfying typing experience. Five layers of sound-enhancing materials: The HI98 is equipped with five layers of sound-absorbing materials to eliminate metallic ringing and improve typing acoustics. These materials include poron sandwich foam, IXPE switch pad, PET sound insulation film, poron floor foam and PET insulation film. This combination helps eliminate echoes and ensures pure typing sound and a stable typing experience. Single slot flex-cut FR4 plate and 1.2 mm PCB: The HI98 uses a FR4 plate, a high-density fibre material that creates a balance between flexibility and hardness and provides a consistent and balanced typing experience. Flex cuts on both the plate and the board contribute to a more consistent sound across the keys and a slightly more flexible typing feel. Hotswappable PCB with North-Facing LEDs: The hotswappable PCB allows the user to easily replace the switches without the need to solder, providing a customizable experience. The HI98 offers 16 standard RGB effects and 10 music rhythm effects, perfect for RGB enthusiasts. Cherry Profile Double Shot PBT Keycaps: The HI98 comes with Cherry Profile Double Shot PBT keycaps, known for their fine texture and clear lettering.
