The KEF Music Integrity Engine (MIE) is a proprietary collection of KEF internally developed DSP algorithms for dynamic and detailed sound. Thanks to the MIE, all components in a subwoofer play together in perfect harmony, delivering deep bass and remarkable sound precision. The Kube 8 MIE features a forward-radiating, long-stroke 20cm driver that produces higher performance at lower frequencies. This creates a captivating and powerful bass experience with deepest tones for music, home cinema and gaming. The 300W Class D RMS amplifier is optimally tuned to provide sufficient power for the subwoofer, accurately reproduce deep bass and guarantee a captivating audio experience. The Kube 8 MIE is connected via RCA sockets, speaker inputs or the optional wireless adapter KEF KW1. KEF SmartConnect technology automatically detects whether the subwoofer is connected to a mono or stereo input, and optimises amplification accordingly for an optimal sound experience. *Note: cable not included.
