CNC 3018 Router Machine: the 2500mW laser driver interfaces support PWM and TTL functions for full laser engraving. We offer a detailed user manual, assembly instructions and installation video for your convenience. You can enjoy the joy of engraving plastics, soft aluminum, acrylic, PVC, PCB and much more. Large Working Area The effective engraving area of this engraving machine is 30 x 18 x 4.5 cm (11.8 (X) x 7.1 (Y) x 1.8 (Z) inches). Three refined axes are designed to achieve a level engraving. With the rotary knob, the axes can be moved manually, which makes it easier to adjust the engraving tools. The drive units are made of rust-proof screw rods. Double copper nuts are used to compensate for runout errors. Excellent motor: this CNC engraving machine is equipped with three stepper motors (1.3A; 12V; 0.25Nm torque) and 775DC(12-24V) 24V spindle motors with a rotation speed of 10000rpm. And the engraver supports Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Linux, macOS system and other software to import JPG, BMP, PNG, DXF format files directly for engraving. Improved control board: the integrated GRBL control provides full functionality and stability. And the advantages of offline control are in the following: 1. No connection to computer required; 2. Any selection of offline files for engraving. 3. Manual adjustment of X, Y and Z axis position as the starting point of engraving, manual turning on and off the spindle.4. High precision: less than 0.07 mm (0.003 inches). Sturdy Material The frame is mainly made of aluminum alloy and bakelite materials, with high strength and precision.
