Even cutting - Carbide cutting wheels are sharp and durable, ideal for most machines, and ensure a smooth cut and a clean scoring line. Cutting widths of 0-800 mm and cutting thicknesses of 0-15 mm. Accuracy – On the one hand, the laser infrared positioning function allows accurate positioning of the cut, on the other hand, the rail is closely connected to the sliding unit to achieve a precise cut. This can effectively reduce the errors when cutting tiles as well as material costs. 3-step operation: 1. Size positioning - adjust the scale to the desired size to align the tiles; 2. Cutting and scribing - press the handle down to make contact between the cutting wheel and the tiles, and slide the handle forward to score a straight line on the tiles with the cutting wheel; 3. Downward pressure separation - lift the handle to make the pressure block smooth, place it on the front of the tiles and press it down with appropriate force. Cutting wheel - Use a high-quality cutting wheel, sharp and durable, long service life, and equipped with a replacement blade wheel. Suitable for cutting all types of tiles.
