With our egg pancakes in the shaker bottle, preparation is quick and easy. Add milk, shake and the dough can be baked. Now there is no limit to your taste. Whether you like your egg pancake with cheese and ham, apples, jam or American style with maple syrup, our pancakes can be combined as desired. Ingredients Wheat flour, glucose syrup, sugar, whole egg powder (3%), lactose, table salt, aroma. Directions Preparation: 1 bag is sufficient for 500 ml of liquid and corresponds to approx. 6 sheets of gelatin. For cold masses: 1. Bag contents + min. 100 ml of liquid + boil for 2 minutes. 2. Stir in 400 ml of cold ingredients. 3. Fill the mass quickly into the mould = done. When adding whipped cream (e.g. for cake fillings), allow the hot mass to cool slightly, otherwise the cream will melt. For hot masses: 1. Bag contents + 500 ml liquid + boil for 2 minutes. Depending on the recipe, refrigerate for 1-3 hours. Done! Attention: use acidic liquids, double the amount of agartine!
